Spring in the air? Not yet. Do not get fooled by the sun.
We completed Part Two of our walk down Yonge Street. Took us 1.5 hours from Bloor St all the
way to Union Station. We exceeded our goal of 10,000 steps for the day.
A very nice coffee break at the Royal York Hotel. The place is as beautiful and elegant as ever.
Coffee served at the grand Reign Bar does not cost more than that of the one from Starbuck.
A total environment. Dinner was pleasant and intimate. We chatted away different views
on various aspects of life!

A brief lunch started the day. Then we walked into what was expected to be an early spring afternoon. The air was chilly, the sun did not help much. The pond was still frozen and the ground was only half thawed. Several sections of the trails were muddy and slushy. Our spirits were, however, all time high!
A visit to the Valleyview Garden Nursery was fun. The lovely plants made one envious of the green thumbs working behind the scene. The day ended with an exclamation mark. A very satisfying dinner
at Costa Sorrento in downtown Markham.
